Mantle is a workflow automation tool built for cloud engineers who already live in Terraform and want something with the same shape — validate, plan, apply, run — for AI and general automation. The top goals are security and ease of use: BYOK, single Go binary, Postgres-only state, and a threat model that assumes your workflows touch sensitive things. I built it because the existing AI workflow tools don’t take security seriously enough.

Honeydew is the digital record of a home — appliances, maintenance schedules, the quiet everyday things that get forgotten until they break. The other thing I care about is a transferable data model: when the house sells, the new owner inherits the history, so nothing resets to zero. Closed-source for now, headed toward SaaS.

You’re the unofficial president of a tiny HOA, and the whole fantasy is watching small policy choices ripple through neighbors you’ve grown to care about. No timers, no FOMO, no engagement mechanics — just consequence. Closed-source, alpha, built on weekends.

I wanted to migrate off Home Assistant, and the existing Vivint integrations for Home Assistant and Homebridge were the inspiration — I leaned on vivintpy heavily and ported what I needed into the Homey Apps SDK. I wrote about the why here. App Store listing will follow once it’s ready.
